  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.

  • Refunds and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items in unused condition.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
